G350 Wear Steel
G350 is a high-strength structural steel commonly used in the engineering and construction industries for structural and general fabrication. This steel easy to cut, weld, form, drill, machine and tap. This steel has no wear properties but ideal for components that require strength rather than wear resistance.

Chromium Carbide Plate offers outstanding wear performance
Key properties include:
- Up to 30 times longer wear life than mild steel.
- Up to 6 times longer wear life than G450 wear steel.
- This plate can withstand a moderate level of continuous impact as long as it is fully supported underneath.
- Heat resistant up to 600°C.
- The overlay surface of this plate consists of a series of weld beads with numerous hairline cracks. These cracks are a natural stress relief effect and are beneficial to the material. These cracks do not affect the performance of the plate.
Wear Strip G450
G450 Wear Strips are designed to protect high-wear areas on excavator buckets, loader buckets and dozer blades. Manufactured from G450 abrasion resistant steel, they help reduce wear and lower maintenance costs.

Wear strips can be profile cut to virtually any length or width to suit your application.
Wear Strips can be used inside and outside of excavator and loader buckets, as well as on dozer blades, to provide additional wear protection and extend component life.
Cutting Edge 400HB Single Bevel Flat
Weld-in cutting edge profile with a bevel along the front for good penetration and a weld bevel along the back edge. Made from 400/450HB abrasion-resistant steel for maximum strength and wear life. Can be drilled to suit bolt on cutting edges.
A range of standard sizes are available, including widths from 110mm to 400mm and thicknesses from 12mm to 50mm.
Available in 3000mm and 6200mm lengths, or custom cut to any size.

Cutting Edge 450HB Half Arrow
Weld-in or bolt-on cutting edge profile for loader and excavator cutting edges, providing more wear material along the front edge than the DBF profile. Made from 450HB abrasion-resistant steel for maximum strength and wear life. Can also be used on bucket sides for wear protection or to increase capacity.

Cutting Edge 500HB Double Bevel Flat
Bolt-on reversible cutting edge profile with a bevel on both sides. Used for excavator, loader, dozer, scraper and tractor bucket edges. Made from 500HB abrasion-resistant steel for the longest possible wear life. Can be cut & drilled to suit all makes & models of machines.
