Warren founded West-Trak in 1993, after 20 years of operating a forest harvesting business in Tasman. He has extensive business managing experience and plays an important part in the strategic direction of the company, keeping in touch with daily operational and financial activities.
Brad's been with West-Trak since 2002 and worked in all areas of the business, with experience in Sales & Marketing. He's passionate about driving the West-Trak brand and products to keep our customers informed of the solutions to their problems.
Rick has excellent management skills with hands on experience in all areas of business. As part of the management team he manages the strategy & execution of the company, and leads our team on the journey of scalable and sustainable growth, to deliver our mission & purpose to our customers.
Gavin's had 30 years experience in the forest harvesting industry and has great passion & knowledge of heavy machinery and the production environment. He looks after our customers in Canterbury, West Coast, Tasman, Malborough, Taupo & Rotorua, regions.
Bruce has been with West-Trak from the outset and has many years of sales and industry experience. He's well known for his good humour, reliable service & going the extra mile. He looks after our customers in Auckland, Northland, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Taranaki & Waikato regions.
Charlie's been with West-Trak since 2006 and has excellent product & machinery knowledge. He's keen to solve customer challenges and delivers only the best solutions. He looks after our customers in Wellington, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu, Wairarapa, Southland & Otago regions.
Kevin's a man of Undercarriage knowledge, with over 30 years experience in heavy machinery parts & service. He manages our Auckland warehouse & trackshop and helps our customers plan for upcoming maintenance with his track wear reporting expertise.
Satwinder is a qualified mechanical design engineer who helps solve our customers wear challenges. He's also a field technician who can measure anything, prepare CAD drawings for fabrication projects & can be relied on for a high level of accuracy & attention to detail.
Rhys is our sales coordinator & customer service manager who ensures the daily work flows of inbound inquires & outbound orders are dealt with quickly and efficiently. His excellent communication skills & professional service helps deliver fast solutions to our customers.
Max is our internal sales support specialist & product technician who handles inbound calls, processes quotes & orders. With a high attention to detail and technical aptitude he helps our customers get the right tools to get the job done.
Luka is our sales support specialist & CAD designer who processes inbound calls, quotes, orders & drawings to deliver the right goods to our customers. Her innovative design & technical ability guarantees accurate, reliable outcomes.
Dave is our warehouse & logistics manager who looks after all inwards & outwards freight movements. He's also a key sales support specialist who provides fast, reliable service to deliver the right parts on time.
Nigel is our procurement & purchasing officer who manages our stock control, supplier communications and inbound shipments. He works with our international suppliers in more than 20 countries to source and ship high quality wear parts.
Brian manages our fabrication workshop with over 15 staff and coordinates all operational duties, work flows, resource planning and project management. He has a strong customer focus to deliver high quality workmanship on time, in spec.
Lyn has over 40 years of accounting & administration experience and manages our finance team. Her professional skills, knowledge of business and accounting, means she makes it easy for our customers to deal with & keeps the numbers on track.
Lavinia is our friendly receptionist who answers all inbound calls and helps the customer service team with processing orders. She also assists the marketing team with her graphic design expertise.
Ronda works with the accounts team and manages debt collection and credit control for our customers. She's passionate about helping people and is very friendly & professional in serving our customers.
