Prefabricated Spade Edge for a Komatsu WA600.
This 3800mm wide, 50mm thick, G450 spade edge was profile cut & beveled with 8x MTG Starmet Adapters & lip protectors fitted on. This will be fitted a large rock bucket working in the hardest and most abrasive basalt rock, where only the best steels and Tooth systems survive.
Special welding and heat treatment processes are required when working with these hardened, specialized steels – we have the “know-how, can-do” for big bucket edges.
