Our workshop team has been busy converting a range of 40 & 50 tonne Volvo Rock Buckets to the MTG Hammerless, StarMet Tooth system and fitting a full wear package to them. Wear Strips, Heel Shrouds, Lip Protectors, Chock Blocks & MTG Hammerless pin on Side Protectors were fitted to make these buckets ready for the rock.
Heavy duty West-Trak Bulk Buckets were also supplied for these mining machines, which have bolt on half arrow cutting edges, weld on side protectors and chock blocks fitted for extra wear protection. These buckets have began their working life at New Zealand’s largest open cast coal mine.
