A 200 tonne Excavator Bucket rebuild for BT Mining, Stockton.
The project brief was to lighten the bucket weight, but maintain adequate wear protection in the areas needed most.
The work involved repairing major cracks in the lip and top bridge area, replacement of wear strips/plates and re-fitment of the MTG Adapters, Lip & Side Protectors.
Completed to a high standard of quality, its now ready for the rock again.
