Custom made plates for a large D9 size Apron Feeder!
54 of these bolt-on plates were fabricated from G450 Abrasion Resistant Steel for a large Apron Feeder project. These plates bolt between two D9 size track chains and are used to move heavy rocks. The plates were pressed into shape, milled on the back edge, holes drilled to suit the chains and end plates welded on.
We worked with our customer to develop the best design for their needs and improve productivity of their machine. These plates are stronger and lighter than some other cast options.
