What Makes TerraTrack Tougher?

TerraTrack’s performance comes down to five core design elements:

  • Unique tread designs — optimised for traction across a range of terrain types
  • Abrasion-resistant rubber — extends wear life in harsh conditions
  • Heavy-duty construction — built to handle demanding workloads
  • Reinforced steel links — innovative interlocking design prevents detracking, even on rough ground
  • High-tensile steel cords — protect against stretch and breakage over the life of the track

Common Questions

Why is my rubber track coming off?

The most common cause of detracking is incorrect track tension — whether due to wear, stretch, lack of maintenance, or an incorrectly fitted track. If you’re experiencing detracking issues, get in touch with our team. We have the knowledge and experience to help you diagnose the problem and get back to work.

How do I measure a rubber track?

Every machine has a standard track size, and knowing your machine’s make, model, and series is all we need to point you in the right direction. In some cases, the size is stamped on the underside of the track itself.

Track sizes follow a three-number format — for example, 230x48x70, where:

  • 230 = width (mm)
  • 48 = pitch (mm)
  • 70 = number of links
