With our 400 tonne hydraulic track press, we can service up to D11 size Bulldozer chains and 200 tonne size Excavator chains for pin and bush turns and other repairs. We offer a fast and efficient service for bolting grouser shoes onto track chains, using a hydraulic nut runner to ensure correct shoe fitment and bolt torque settings are applied.
Having a track group supplied that’s ready to roll on your machine will save you downtime and the hassle of bolting components together yourself. We can also re-lug your track shoes to increase traction with a full range of grouser bar sizes are available to choose from.
