Our 400 tonne hydraulic track press made light work of pressing out these pins and bushes on the biggest Cat D11T bulldozer chains. Over 260 tonnes of brute hydraulic force was required to disassemble a set of 41 link SALT Chains, pushing out each pin and bush simultaneously.
The chains were reassembled with bushes turned, new seals, pin clips and oil. Watch the videos to see how its done.
