This bucket was originally a massive 19 cubic metre capacity, weighed 12.5 tonnes and 6.5m wide!
Too big for the machine, we cut a metre off each end to reduce its capacity to 12.3 cubic metre and it now weighs 9 tonnes. A new G400-50mm thick, drilled and counter-bored base edge was fitted with a bolt-on half arrow cutting edges and chock block wear protection.
